    Default How to Report Stalking and Harassment to the Police

    My question involves criminal law for the state of:

    Ok, so this is my story http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=175998 And He just kept going! Now things got very complicated and sticky! He's in South Korea and I am in United states! I am actually physically got hurt by them! Where should I go to field complain and make a case out of it? IC3? NO, there's no fraud involved! FBI? No, they wanted me to call the local police, yet local police didn't see my got shot in the head or run over by car so...NO! CIA? Don't think so!
    NOw, what should I do to get help and make the rich celebrity leave me alone? Anyone? Crying for help! Anyone?

    You can report him to your local police department. Realistically speaking, though, unless he voluntarily enters the United States he's not going to be prosecuted.

    Really, yes. You make the complaint locally. Or in South Korea, for all that would be worth.

    How did he shoot you in the head and drive over you with a car, when he's 6,000 miles away from you?

    BTW, how should I hire an investigator to trace down one suspected stalker ( in my neighborhood) a complete background check and all his incomes resource from! How much it will cost me to do so in CA? Or should I post this question in another forum?

    Assuming this happened in the United States you would make the crime report in the jurisdiction where the crime occurred. Reporting it anywhere else is a waste of time. If this happened in S. Korea, then you would need to report it there.

    Are they likely to extradite the suspect from South Korea? No. Could they? Probably ... but, whether your local agency or state government will go through the tremendous effort and expense will depend on all the facts of the situation.
