My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Indiana. I have been divorced for 5 years and I just recently found out my exwife has been getting disability for bipolar. That explains alot. I am worried about the children's well being. The living arrangements and conditions are horrifing. My oldest daughter has moved her girlfriend in. My ex allowed my 15 year old son to move his 17 year old girlfriend in which in my opinion is a bad decision. My 4 small children ranging from 10 to 5 have No beds they sleep on the floor in the living room. My ex has her bed in the dinning room. All because the older children need their privacy with their own rooms for their girlfriends. The house is dirty and the small children are neglected. My ex sleeps all the time, she doesn't feed them good food, they miss school to much. They don't ever go outside to play and none of them can even ride a bike. I try to come see them but she will not allow it. I can't stand back and see my kids living like this any longer. I've only seen them 4 times in the last 5 years. I give them gifts and she throws them away. She has kept her mental condition a secret from the court. She has had cps called on her many times and has failed to tell them about her untreated bipolar condition. She goes and has her nails done and tans all the time but can't have good food for them to eat. I'm afraid for their safety as well because she mentally abusive. My kids are being raised to believe that the way they live is normal. The way they are treated is unspeakable. Everything that comes out of her mouth is full of hate. I am not allowed to see my kids because she lied to the court and said I was a drug addict. I don't even drink.
Do I call cps and explain to them in detail what is really going on in her house? Should the small children witness homosexualality, teenaged living as adults and mental illness this soon? I want them to have the chance for a normal life. She tells them I don't love them and don't want to see them. I try every week but she says No. Please I need help.
