    Default Caught Stealing Shoes

    I got caught shoplifting in the state of nebraska,a pair of shoes,yes I know it is very stupid,but they took me in back and called cops and gave me a court date,what will happen?,Is there any chance of it not being on my record. My first time ever doing it ..im freaking out I have the worst luck ever!
