Boxing in Another Car

Is it illegal to box in a person's car so it cannot be moved? For example, their is a car in an empty parking lot, and 4 cars encircle it. What is the boxed-in driver's options? Can this person call to have these cars moved, or even push these cars out of the way? Is it being denied use of their property?

I'm sure he has lots of options. Probably wouldn't do any good to try to list them all.

Sure. He CAN call. Whether or not that gets the cars moved is anybody's guess.
