With all due respect, we're heading into pointless - and perhaps paranoid - territory here.

A average person wouldn't have admitted to doing something they didn't do.

Most people, average people, do not have their ENTIRE family removed, house destroyed, become incarcerated themselves, ALL because of small town, twisted, good ole boy politics, and THEN given an ultimatum of either taking a nasty fall to bolster a b.s. case, or stay up nights wondering what the perverted cop your babies are staying with, is doing to them tonight.

Are YOU an average person? What would YOU be willing to do to keep your kid from being molested?

Your right. This is getting WAY off track, and I think I've gotten all the help here I'm.going too.

It's one thing to advise me that I don't have a good case for one reason or another, but to insinuate that I'm a nasty, lying pedophile who deserves her lot and who is obviously guilty ANYWAY is just beyond the pale.

One more thing before I sign off for good that I think lawyers need to understand, if they don't already: I've personally been down all the way in the trenches, and I can tell you all that without a doubt, people take plea deals ofen and for a multitude of reasons. Being actually guilty is but one of MANY reasons that are often used.
