    Default Miscarriage After an Assault

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: n.c.
    my question is I have assault on a female charges taken out on a man last week and now I have miscarried my child I personally think its from the attack but I have no legal papers stating it was from the attack do I have any rights and what if any can be done about this .he was the father.

    You have the right to consult with an attorney. However, without medical verification and proof that the SOLE cause of the miscarriage was the attack and that it COULD NOT have been for any other reason whatsoever, I wouldn't spend to much money trying to find an attorney to take it on.
