Default How to Get Unsupervised Probation Instead of Supervised Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Georgia

Situation: After going to prison for being with an under-aged female, i had to register as a sex offender. She was 16 but she said she was 19 and she had a fake id. I noticed many that did much worse crimes got lesser charges and did not go to prison and did not have to register as a sex offender. Anyways, after this I got into a fight the other guy had a gun. The gun flew into the open and it was put on me. I got sentenced to 5yrs probation. The po allowed me to go in and out of the state with no paperwork for clearance. My girlfriend searched me out online and found out about my record and called the sheriff's office to find out how severe the offense was. Well this triggered them to come to my house and tell me I could no longer leave the state of georgia. I have been paying a fee to probation for 2 1/2 yrs and was never told that I wan't paying the fine that was associated with this probation. I thought some was going toward the fine as well. I have to make visits every Tuesday morning. Most of the time he is not there and I have to sign in. He won't speak to me when I am asking about anything concerning my probation. He gets angry and short talks me and I leave because it's like he wants a reason to have me locked up. I found out later he had people following me in and out of Florida like they were making plans to catch me and lock me up even after I had verbal approval.
I would like unsupervised probation and less visits to his office. What do I do?

It sprouted wings, flew into your hand, and the other guy claimed it was yours? And there was no evidence, and not one witness, to suggest otherwise?

You're either paying your assessments or you are not. If you are confused, speak with the probation department.

Who is "he"? Your probation officer?

    You're delusional.

Wish harder than you've never wished before. (But, alas, from what you've shared with us it's not going to happen.)

    1) he had the gun on him and during the fight it fell off of him in the parking lot the people that were there were with him
2)the sheriff's office along with my po
3)My paperwork says I have a $1000 fine as well as I am to pay a fee for supervison
    4)yes, my po
    5) not delusional, my po told me that and backed it up with things he would not have known otherwise

About all you can do is ask your PO how you might go about getting unsupervised probation. It may not be possible at all given the nature of your offenses. But, there is no way to FORCE them to grant you unsupervised probation.

My guess is, no. But, different states have different policies and practices, so you never know.

Then it wiped itself of fingerprints, sprouted wings, flew into your hands, and not one witness saw any of that happen except you?

Then you will need to be paying that fine in addition to your supervision fees.

Yes, delusional. Probation departments don't have the resources to follow you, even if they had the inclination to do so and somehow knew your travel schedule. What you should be asking yourself is (a) how you managed to fall for a bluff or (b) who you know that is reporting your actions to your probation officer.
