Well! I can see why you think no one out there (on this site and pretty much anywhere else) wants to help you! Because they don't! And for good reason too!

Maybe if you changed your 'tude you might finds things go better for you.

SSDI lawyers work on a percentage up to a max of $6k no money out of your pocket. Homeless shelters accept anyone with an ID and no criminal record.

Looks like my secret is out.

    I've never graduated from anywhere.

(let's see who's the clever one who realizes why that's the case... )

selling food stamps is only a misdemeanor if you sell more than 500 dollars.
    Wrong.

regardless, most local agencies won't expend the resources to prosecute small time food stamp sales criminally, instead they will typically enforce a year, multi-year or lifetime ban from the foodstamps program, depending on the amount stolen.

If a person hasn't worked for a covered employer in the last two years, there is no monetary eligibility for unemployment insurance, period. End of discussion. By throwing the words "not eligible for unemployments" into this word-salad messy mix, this poster got two or three minutes of my attention that I wouldn't have given otherwise, but this is sort of a garbage rant. There's no question, and no issue here concerning unemployment benefits. As soon as "disabled" comes into the mix, that's another deal killer for unemployment, as if another one was needed.

You seem to believe that you're guaranteed an income from some source and that is not true. A person can receive income from certain sources, but they must meet their criteria first. It requires much more than just not having an income and/or being homeless.

Have you checked to see if your California has cash assistance for the disabled ? In some states, if you meet their eligibility criteria for disability, you can receive a small amount of cash assistance.
