Default Filing for Adjustment of Status with a Foreign Arrest Record

    I need some advice please!
I'm filing for adjustment of status based on being married to US citizen. My problem is that I was wrongfully arrested and spend 1 year in jail 4 years ago in Haiti, subsequently all charges were dropped. Do I need to disclose this information to USCIS?If I do, how will that impact the outcome of my case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

That is up to the USCIS employees approving your visa and I-130.
