Possibly. You will need to have an employer tax identification number, and have a Labor Condition Application (LCA) approved, in order to qualify to sponsor employees for H1-B visas. Also, you will have to pay the H1-B worker not less than the wage paid to workers holding similar positions in your company or the "prevailing wage" for the worker's occupation.
