Possibly. You will need to have an employer tax identification number, and have a Labor Condition Application (LCA) approved, in order to qualify to sponsor employees for H1-B visas. Also, you will have to pay the H1-B worker not less than the wage paid to workers holding similar positions in your company or the "prevailing wage" for the worker's occupation. The USCIS provides some information on the H1-B application process.
My H1 visa was denied in 2004 in India because i was not having a computer degree(I am a commerce graduate) working in ERP environment (Oracle Financials)
Now i want to apply in Sri Lanka what will my chances of getting the visa here? please reply.
