I mailed all documents required for my OPT application.
However I just realized that I had an I-20 issued in the past that I did not send.
This is my history:
-Spring 2012: applied for F1 visa for an english school. However I changed my mind and never attended the school. The visa was cancelled without prejudice, but there was an I-20 issued.
-Summer 2012: went to U.S. as tourist
-Fall 2012: went to U.S again with B-2 visa (tourism). The visa was denied at first, but granted after 2 days with anew application.
-Fall 2013: applied for F-1 visa for a MS. Approved and granted access. I-20 issued.
-Summer 2014: CPT full time - new I-20
-Fall 2014: CPT part -time new I-20
-Spring 2014: CPT part-time new I-20
-Now: OPT application (graduation in May). New I-20.
So I sent all the I-20's for my current visa (5), but I forgot (and I am not even sure I still have it) the I-20 for my first visa which I never used because I never entered in the U.S. with that visa.
Did I do something wrong?
