My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Florida I was terminated while an authorized leave my plane was over booked and it delayed me to come to work and I missed a one day but I gave notice to the employer via call and text message. I came back a day later on the earliest flight
I received benefits for 3 months then I recieved an over payment 2000 (rounded amount )for a misconduct . The employer said that I contiously throughout the years I work for her I always came late for 5 minutes Which was a lie that everyday I would come late. I did have issues like any other human in this world car issue which the employer was notified and told and I have a receipt and documentation of but they never even looked at it or took it ....

They also never gave me a review saying anything about my warnings I would sign a warning and I would just go back to work the warning I twice in a year one the begging of the year and one at the end of the year which both I had car problems with.. I didn't even get on the payroll on till almost nine months for working there. And I asked them for a review and they declined saying they have to look into it another time...

The second year comes around and never was able to get a vacation and they said to that they need a month ahead of notice and I had to pick a time when it wasn't busy for them in order for me to have a time of as time goes on this employer was switching offices and there was hardly any patients so I decided to ask and I got time off finally after two years but then I got delayed in another state and when I came back I was fired and the employer didn't even give a chance to justify look at any document just sign and leave the job....... my question in all this how can I have the appeal in my favor ?
