Default How to Negotiate a Civil Demand Reduction

My question involves criminal law for the state of:

due to shop lifting charge and try to negotiate the reduction in fines to 1/3 of the demand.
No PD, no DA and no criminal charges.

The LP was lying about the cost of goods in the incident report and the circumstances.
No detain search, LP just said followed him to the back room and saw you the concealment.

Its just like his own eye witness , no physical evidence, no video tapes etc.

I heard about the 2013 Home Depot class action law suit, the security firm and LP is too aggressive to pursue civil demand and
the company is in hot seat for the last 1.5 years in the superior court battle.

    Thanks in advance

If you want to negotiate for a reduction of your civil demand, the only way to do that is by contacting whatever entity is handling the demand.

The LP's statement is a sufficient basis upon which they can proceed.

How you attempt to get a reduction is to ask for a reduction.

Just understand, you have no defense, you have no leverage, you're the criminal, and you might still face criminal prosecution.
