Yes her father owns the land and is neutral in the situation he isn't going to get involved but my question is, does she have legal right to get police out ther if I do nothing violent or illegal, and if my name is on the bill of sale doesnt half of the trailer belong to me (just a few thousand$ ),

This is the second time it's happened the same way by her getting her step dads workers n them all barging up in our home and removing everything that we had worked so so hard for. I'm a construction worker and I've done numerous repairs and advancements most of the house like decks subfloor problems plumbing problems electrical problems she rock paint roof repair new carpet tile backsplash new window I mean it's on and on butis there any recompensation For the stuff I busted my ass for

To answer the other part of the question she's not done anything illegal to force me out but she has threatened to force me out basically saying get my SH tand get out of her house, now let me mention this is the house that I pay half forlike I said before the electricity is in my name the bill of sale has my name on it and we got a loan from the bank her mother works so she has a little pull theremaking it where the loan did not have to have the bill of sales name on it, I don't know if that makes any sense but if you need clarification I can try. She swore that if I didn't have most things out in two days from yesterday that she would take matters into her own hands and I know what that means so help me figure out who has ownership

The question should be, do you want to move out? If yes then move and worry about the money you put into the home later.

If the question is can the police get involved and force you out? No, not if you don't do anything that is against the law. It will become a civil matter.

I don't want to move anywhere I was and still could be very happy ther it is our dream plantation but it's her fathers land and I think if anyone is to have to move its best to be me. So if the police come what am I supposed to tell them? What if they try to arrest me? The most important thing this is that you do not do anything that gives rise to criminal charges. That means you don't assault her, you don't threaten her, you don't push her, you don't touch her, you keep your mouth shut, you do nothing even in the heat of an argument that rises to a criminal act.

The police are not coming to arrest you without probable cause. So if you have to leave for a while to cool off do it. If you don't do anything that is considered criminal, they won't arrest you. Her connection with the town doesn't give the police probable cause to arrest you. You tell them that I own this trailer and I'm not leaving absent a criminal charge.

And if anybody shows up to strong-arm you, you call the police.

Alright that gives me some peice of mind as for my belongings what if while I'm working she throws my stuff out so like she said. I guess that's personal huh. Would I have the right to call the police for persay her "movers" came in my yard and in my house to move my things after she tells them to Bc it is her house as it is mine

You simply tell her that we can work this out in a clam manner as adults. But if you destroy or otherwise damage or dispose of my possessions, I will sue you and anyone that helped you for their value. And you could call the police and file a police report if that happened. But she would also have to explain to the police how your possessions came to be in her house. Because you both lived there.

You're going to have to figure out what your next move is, speaking both literally and figuratively. You're not going to live with your ex- forever, and you're not going to live on her father's land forever. I suggest that you try to have a grown-up discussion about the plan for ending your joint ownership and for when and where you and/or she is going to relocate.
