That's your opinion. You are employed "at will." That means your opinion is irrelevant and you can be fired for what you did.
There was no invasion of your privacy because you have ZERO privacy at work when you use your employer's equipment and facilities for personal stuff.

1 - File for unemployment. But if your employer shows that you were fired for misconduct you won't get any.
2 - Seek employment elsewhere.
