Default Child support and Day care expenses

I live in ky, my husband is ordered to pay 350 for child support, half of day care and 60% of medical bills and insurance.

My husband recently got a new job where he is making more, and his ex took a job where she is making less.

if she takes him back to court for more support (which she will, she's like that) will childcare be calculated in what he pays for childsupport?

How come he's ordered to pay childcare on top of child support?? Isn't that one of the things that support is for?

Default Child Support and Child Care

It is typical for child care expenses to be calculated separately from support. Child support is for the cost of providing the child with an appropriate household. Child care expenses are typically incurred such that the custodial parent can work. If your husband and his ex- wish to come to an arrangement where she does not work, child care expenses would presumably no longer be required, but his child support obligation would likely rise such that she could still support her household.
