You either were paid for your labor or you were not. If your employer still owes you money, you can make a wage claim.

If you have been taken off of the schedule, you can consider filing for unemployment.

If your employer won't provide a W-2, call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to try to get assistance. You should be prepared with all of your personal information (address, SSN, phone number), along with any information you can provide about your employer (including address, phone), dates of employment, and your best estimate of your earnings and taxes withheld.
