Here, go do some reading. Educate yourself instead of watching Lifetime movies about how horrible foster care is.

I have had a cousin that was raped in foster care I know how bad it CAN be. If she's not high Risk then why should she be taken away? You are making no sense! I am NOT putting my needs above hers. If that were the case I would go about MY life 1200 miles away from them and only worry about my own family and my husband. NOT the case!

I am willing to listen, to reason. To something that make sense! That's why I came here. Contacting authorities doesn't necessarily mean a positive result for her! And no I'm not talking about just me getting her. Something positive to help her! So far no one has offered any helpful advice and reasoning behind it. Call the cops is all I'm hearing and none of you are thinking about the other consequences it could have for her.
Well, you can't just go and take her from her parents, you've been told that. Your fear of calling the authorities is completely irrational. There are no short cuts or work-arounds. You have to either let the system work or wash your hands of the situation.
Obviously I can't just go take her. I'm not an idiot. It is not irrational it completely makes sense! I am done here like I said no help what so ever.
Let me ask you something, Dominique.
You have two options here, according to what you've said.
1. Stay in an abusive household or
2. Have a shot at happiness elsewhere.
I'll point out something else, too. If you know she's being abused, and you won't do anything, the court may well find that you're equally unfit because you've left a minor in such conditions.
