    Which is why I decided against doing so. I was just unsure as she is an employee of the apartment complex. I just needed clarification. Regardless, I can and will be suing her.

    Just be aware that you're in just about the worst state in the country as far as creditor's rights go.

    PA won't allow you to garnish a paycheck and when it comes to property, the list of exemptions is long.
