The mother posted announcements of both promotions (and titles) on her LinkedIn and Facebook pages; she also shared each with the father via text message. The father works in the same industry and is well versed in the salary ranges for both positions the mother was promoted to.
The average salary range for the first promotion would exceed the 20% threshold on its own, the bottom of the salary range for the second promotion is at least 30% higher than her salary was when the original order was calculated.
Let me try one more time.
He is not going to change custody UNLESS Mom agrees, or there has to be a significant CoC. Given that Dad clearly has nothing to warrant such a change, it is only logical then to presume he's more concerned with his wallet than anything else.
