My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia.
I know cutting through parking lots is Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. But a friend mentioned this to me. If there's traffic or a light turns red in my face I like turning right, popping a u-turn when I can safely (and never where its specifically prohibited) and either continuing straight if I'd meant to turn left or turn right again to continue going straight. Is this Failure to Obey Traffic Control device? I don't see how, even if that's my intent. My intent shouldn't be clear to them, as I could've been lost, changed my mind and wanted to turn around, etc. Each individual part of this, the right turn, the u-turn, and straight or the right turn, should be legal on their own.

No replies? Like I should expect better from lawyers.... none of you are ****ing experts at anything, including your field.
