My question involves an eviction in the state of: Colorado
Awhile back there was a problem at my job that ended up in an emergency room visit.
1 month later I was diagnosed Bi-Polar and prescribed 8 pharmaceuticals over the next year.
I was not on disability during the 1 year 4 months while I was unemployed.
During this time there was a dispute with my parents and they kicked me out in 3 days without an eviction process, or 30 days notice. I was homeless living in a tent in the snow.
Months after recovering from that I needed a job so I was working at a job that I ended up filing workman's comp and going to the emergency room amongst other doctor visits.
I needed to move back into my parents place because my medical conditions were so bad.
After living with my parents again they kicked me out again without 30 days notice and without an eviction process. The next living situation was very bad.
My question is, did my parents break the law by kicking me out without 30 days notice or an eviction process, 2 times, both times relating to disability and medical problems and workplace problems.
