Lol why do you keep saying "Good Luck in court" ... because I'm smart mouthing you and you assume i'll be that way towards the judge to??? Lol you're wrong.
Lol I keep saying good luck because you have shown again and again lol in your posts that you don't know how to act civilly when speaking with those who disagree with you. The judge is likely to disagree with you lol and I fear that you will not be able to control your smart mouth and will say something stupid to ensure the Judge doesn't cut you any slack. lol. Your insults to Pandora show just how much of a lowlife you are. If you had half a brain and looked up her past posts, you'd know that she has a pretty good perspective on your situation and can offer better advice than anyone else who has responded to this thread. You are an inconsiderate immature 19 year old. I'm sorry your parents didn't raise you better than to insult those who you sought out for advice. Again, lol good luck to you. I hope you learn from this and turn your act around. And stop saying lol in all of your posts. It makes you look like a clown. Adults don't use "lol" to start and end sentences.

I must be fat, ugly and single because I reply fast? To make this assumption, one must be speaking of herself. I mean, you've been online all day too, and even since before I got out of bed this morning......And you know what, child? Your personality is probably as ugly as your reflection.

I've done modeling, I've worked as a Promotional Model/Brand Ambassador - requiring my head shot, body shot, measurements.....movie extra, requiring the same....

You don't have to justify anything to her, she apparently didn't steal enough makeup to hide her uglies

There's a lot of ugly makeup would never hide. No amount of makeup hides an ugly soul.

Sad thing is...you've seen how I give advice here. I'm upfront and honest. I could give her a lot of pointers...but....she is one of those people with an attitude I have no desire to help at all.....

Are you sure you are not the Kaitlyn Riggs, Buckhannon, WV? Who is 19 years old and has an arrest record? And could have been caught in Virginia? Does the name Brandon ring any bells to you? His last name starts with an Mc?

Kaitlyn, or whatever your name really is, in your state there is no such thing as an expungement of a conviction of any kind - expungements exist only if the charges are dismissed, if you are pardoned, if your name was used in error, or if you are acquitted. Likewise the diversion programs in your state are limited to such minor issues as traffic infractions and a few others. There is no guarantee that you will qualify for a diversion program, and if convicted it WILL NOT be expunged. If you are assuming that this is not a big deal because you think you'll be able to get an expungement, you are wrong; likewise diversion is a long shot at best.
