They didn't give you that stuff so you could resell it. It was for your use in the course of your employment. Yeah, I worked in an ER too, but the most stuff I'd end up with my pockets were a few tourniquets and maybe a quickcath or a red top or two, and I didn't attempt to sell any of this stuff.

Them letting you out without bail does not mean anything on your criminal charge, just that they suspect you will make your next court appearance without them having to dangle the threat of revoking the bond over you.

Well first and foremost... After going through several other threads in is forum noticing a pattern of judgement and demeaning posts similar to what flyingron just posted... I'm already in the process of being judged by the legal system, I came to this site for support and advice, I don't need someone accusing, belittling or judging me. If your post is not helpful in some way, don't bother posting it.

Second, I said I was accused of selling stolen items online, never said I did. I have, as a side project to make money always built custom aid bags for people. With my medical experience from the military a lot of preppers, and outdoors/shooting enthusiasts are interested in having medic bags built by experienced tactical medics like me. Most of the supplies I use to build these bags I buy online, or at surplus stores, flea markets etc etc. however you also just admitted to exactly what I stated. Everyone in the er runs around with pockets full of various medical supplies... Bandages, tourniquets, Iv supplies, flushes and etc. exactly the kind of stuff I had in my pockets. I never actually left the hospital with those things btw. My truck was searched in the parking lot, which I did not consent to, whether or not that helps. I refused to make a statement without a lawyer present, so they made their own which was a nice big lie, their statement says I was stopped outside the hospital after leaving when in fact I was still in the er when security approached me. Also, when they searched my home and took basically everything related to the medical field I own, they took a large amount of my military supplies, so basically they have confiscated a large amount of government supplies, which also coincidentally renders me incapable of properly performing my military duty. I don't know how that goes legally, but I would like to assume they are not allowed to hinder my ability to accomplish my mission in the armed forces.

We have noticed from your posting a pattern of theft that you refuse to acknowledge and are going to likely be found guilty of stealing from the hospital or from Uncle Sugar. The fact you claim to have been in an organized theft ring, with everyone filling garbage bags of property only makes it worse.
