Default Reducing A Felony To A Misdemeanor In Virginia

Hi, I was convicted of embezzlement about 14 years ago in Virginia. I pled guilty, made full restitution, served no jail time or probation, and paid all fines.

I have had my civil rights restored. I am in the process of retaining an attorney to help fill out the application for a simple pardon.

Is it possible to convert a sentence from a felony to a misdemeanor at this point?

    Thanks.
