    Default Grand Larceny

I was recently arrested and charged with grand larceny. The officer started asking me questions,I asked for a lawyer and he kept going on with what he was going to charge me with besides larceny, If I didn't stop giving him a hard time. So I gave a statement then signed it. He read me my rights, he then asked do you understand. I said yes then he asked wanted me to sign the card. I said no several times, but he kept on about me signing the card. I told him I understand what was said why do ihave to sign?
I eventualy signed . Have my rights been violated? And how can I
    prove this in court?

Default Police Asked Him To Sign Statement

The police asked you to sign a statement, and you signed it? (Or was it just a "consent of rights" form, indicating that he had read your Miranda rights to you and you understood them?) That of itself doesn't violate your rights.

    Default larceny

I was given my statement to sign. Then he kept kept asking me to sign the miranda rights card. Also last time I checked 4 degree grand larceny was property valued over $1000. So am I being charged with everything that was taken being I wasn't the only person involved? I only received two items valued around $800.
I dont know what the other person bought.
