When you are selected for the DV lottery and are already lawfully in the U.S., you are required to be in status at the time you file for AOS. You seem to be saying that you are presently in valid F1 status, and stated that you already applied for AOS, so at this point that does not appear to be a problem.

At the same time, there is risk to going out of status -- the easy solution to your problem is to simply enroll in a third class such that it's a non-issue. If you're unwilling to do that, I suggest discussing your situation in detail with an immigration lawyer.
Thank you for your advice!

I have another small question. Today I was in USCIS office for fingerprints. The only issue I had is that in the form I indicated the color of my eyes as grey but the worker said that my eyes are blue, but I think it`s not a problem, right?
