Often employment applications will ask the question about criminal convictions but specifically exclude minor traffic offenses. So you might be ok in many instances BUT you don't want to have to ever answer yes to that question if it can be avoided. Plus, you are likely better off not having any other negative consequences of these tickets.

My first suggestion is to take a look at the options generally available to you through the jurisdiction where the ticket will be adjudicated (whatever court is involved). Many cities have a teen court program where the tickets will be dismissed if you pay a small fine and complete community service. Take a look at that option while you can. Also ask the court clerk about other dismissal or deferred adjudication options available to you. An option that requires you to accept deferred adjudication may not be in your best interests long term. You should probably talk to a traffic ticket attorney in your area before you decide to do anything.
