My question involves child support in the State of: NY

Hello,

I am 14 weeks pregnant, my first child. Father left me at 5 weeks, told me to abort or raise child alone. Father and I met online, dated over 6 months. We are both in our 30's with professional careers. Lived an hour away, only met halfway or at my house as he lived with his cousin and didn't want me exposed. Once we broke up, he disconnected his phone and shut down his email. After extensive research I discovered he gave me a false identity and is married with a young child. I'm devastated. I have a decent job, but I will need to file for child support once the baby is born to help with child care costs. He does not know I have discovered his true identity. My question is: if I confront him now with this information about his lies will it impact me being able to file for child support/custody once the baby is born? Could he do anything to evade the child support? Or could he/he and his wife file for primary custody of the child? I could use some sound advice. Please be kind if you do respond, this situation is unreal and has been difficult enough.
