    Default Ex-Landlord Claims Identity Theft

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oklahoma

My ex friend and ex landlord, is claiming I stole her SSN and opened up a Dish Network account. During the times I lived at her residence I didn't even have cable. Not only that I was never around her to get her information to even open a account. This was over a year ago since I had lived there. What can I do to protect my self and prove my innocence? What can I go from here, I feel like she knows she is the one who had the account. The backstory is, she had a daycare in the main house and I live in guest house in back. She had cable not me.

Claiming how? Did your friend file a police report?

You don't have to prove your innocence. Your friend and the police have to prove your guilt.
