About two weeks ago my manager told me that two detectives looking for me in regards to fraud stemming from my place of employment. Long story short I had written down checking account numbers and routing numbers from checks customers used to pay with since we keep them instead of giving them back....
The only way the police would be involved is if somebody used that information to steal from the customers. You appear to be the primary suspect.

Your employer can fire you for being careless with customers' financial information. Your employer can fire you for causing the police to investigate the place of business. As long as you don't have a contract of employment that restricts their ability to do so, as long as the termination does not involve unlawful discrimination (e.g., based on race, religion, gender, etc.) your employer can fire you without cause.

I'm not sure if the detectives would be able to tell my manager what happened unless she asked but am I most likely going to be terminated from where I work or would I still be able to go there even throughout my pretrial and everything else?
That's entirely up to your employer.
