My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Indiana
I was salary at a dental office with a pay cycle of 1-15 and 16-last day of month.
I started on 9-15-14 so technically I never received a check for my first day but am I entitled to the entire salary agreement for that pay period or just that one day?
Furthermore I quit on 11-17-14 due to an uncomfortable situation that I'm getting legal help with also. That pay period just started and I worked 4 hours before walking out. Am I only entitled to 4 hours pay or the entire pay cycle salary?
