In addition to L-1's input, I will say that time and good works can put stupid kid tricks in the back seat. Depending on what you have done over the intervening years, this may not be much more than a hiccup in any background process. But, if your history since then contains a spotty work and/or school history, incidents of immaturity or poor decision making, and even moderate to high alcohol consumption, you may find yourself quickly relegated to the back burner in any hiring process. The older you are, and the more steady your personal and work/school history since then, the better off you will be.
However, the antidepressants will be a HUGE concern. If you were to receive a conditional offer of employment, the medical and psychological evaluation would dig into the diagnosis resulting in this prescription and may disqualify you. You might want to consider speaking with your medical care provider and consider other options to address what ails you because I have to say that in any department I have worked with, an applicant on anti-depressants is not getting hired.
