Default Re: Accused of Molesting a Teenage Girl

GameMaster78;857258]I've heard people say this before. What makes it wrong, is that every human isn't the same. In my eyes, an adult and minor performing sexual activities makes me sick to my stomach.
it is a statement of how many predators deal with convincing a child to keep quiet about an illegal activity> There is nothing wrong with the statement itself. It is factual. What is wrong is a predator acting in such a way.

The girl, again, stated that I never thought it was alright to do this before she was legal.
as many predators have told their victims

Even if she were legal, sex isn't what I'm after in life.
yet you have at least one child. Somewhere along the line sex was what you were after. Have you suddenly become a monk or something?

Finding someone to spoil rotten and treat like a woman should be treated (the good women not ones who lie and fabricate stuff to hurt others) is my main goal in life.
You probably should have looked for that sort of relationship with an adult.

I will never judge my fellow man, though, based on what other sickos in the world have done. If someone tells a minor they care for that it's not alright to do anything bad before they're legal, I'm not going to say that's a predatory tactic, just because real child predators have pulled that stunt before. As humans, we're all different and people shouldn't be judged and categorized based on the actions of some. That's simply wrong in my eyes
You sure are defensive, especially considering I did not accuse you of anything. I simply explained that your defense is also the exact actions a predator has been known to use to keep their victims quiet. Suddenly you are extremely defensive. Did I hit a nerve?

YOU telling a minor that you are going to wait for her to turn a legal age before stating a relationship seems to cross a line, being the age difference here,, her being around the age of your son. even if sex is not a part of your goal for a relationship sex is a part of it. clearly you have gotten yourself into some trouble here, that statement alone you made about waiting for her,, makes me and probably most people on a jury/police say wait a second here, what was that stuff about the naked pictures again. you told her you wanted to be in a relationship with her.. big red flag pops up in my mind, and when you started talking about jesus, wanting prayers and all that stuff it kind of just reinforced some things in my mind.

its like those drug runners that put "D.A.R.E." stickers and police support stickers all over the bumpers thinking the police will just overlook them,,, but cops always pull them over due to those stickers. its a red flag,, but this is just a forum with my own opinion ,, im sure you will get your chance in a court of law.

You need to do two things right away.

    1. Stop talking to the victim, it can only hurt you. Have you told your attorney that you're still in contact with the victim, if so what did s/he say?

    2. Stop communication with this forum. Things that you may say that you think will help you may just come back and bite you in the ass.

I would suspect there is a restraining order in place prohibiting any contact with the victim. If there is and the OP is still communicating with the victim, well, the charges will simply be tacked on. If he is that dumb, there is no hope for him.

It would be "witness tampering" and is a heavier charge then what he is originally charged with.

    No nerves hit, lol.

I am simply stating that the problem with humanity now adays, is that they're always quick to judge and categorize. It's a trait ill needed by us and it's why we will always be at the bottom of the ladder as a species.

I have three children, including 2 daughters. Ex lied to me about my first child being mine (still consider him my son though). If we want to throw out the whole, "predators do this or that" thing, then it's my belief that predators would go after their own children before going after some teeny-bopper. If that's the case, why do they let me be around my children, alone, without supervision, especially if I have 2 daughters? Not complaining, because I love my kids, but I know plenty of girls or people who know girls who were the victim of this stuff by their own fathers.

Fact remains, one of the bigger charges has been dropped. My main reason in coming back to this post was to ask if the theory of one charge being dropped means more will likely be dropped is a viable theory. Personally, I think it's just a theory.

Anyhow, if anyone is willing to pray for my situation, it would be appreciated. Asking for prayers is only for the sake of getting a jury who will see she's lying about the charges I'm facing. Of course, people here can spin it however they want and assume I'm asking because I'm guilty of something, and more power to ya but if anyone is willing, they don't even have to tell me they will, it would just be appreciated.

EDIT: And no, I am not allowed to talk to the alleged victim or anyone under 18 except for my kids. Even if I could, I don't associate with liars who are sick in the head. I want that girl to stay as far away from me and my son as possible.

are you this dense? I stated what I did to explain why your defense was foolish. Prosecutors see that exact argument used all to often. Making that argument itself is suspicious.

Um, no. While some do, making such an argument....

well, let's just say you are writing a text book case of a typical pervs defense argument.

as do I but strangely enough, the guys that messed with their kids generally did not mess with kids outside of the family and the same the other way around. They all have boundaries, even in their sick activities.

Fact remains, one of the bigger charges has been dropped. My main reason in coming back to this post was to ask if the theory of one charge being dropped means more will likely be dropped is a viable theory. Personally, I think it's just a theory.
not indicative of anything other than the prosecutor did not see that charge as being winnable and intends to concentrate on the remaining charges.

We haven't a clue what the prosecution has as evidence against you, so no one can answer this question but your attorney.

I've gone from almost believing you to thinking you need some time away as a guest of the state, FYI. You are your own worst enemy at this point.

Up to any given person what they want to believe. I don't expect everyone to believe me. My goal isn't to convince people here, that's saved for trial and for my lawyer to do at trial, more than I am to answer the questions that were asked of me, based on what I stated at first, while seeing if the theory of charges dropping after one drops, is accurate.
