Why don't you kids come back and visit us when you grow up- 15 year olds trying to post your pictures on the internet.
You reversed the digits in my age. Try 51 (well, 50, but I'm a month away from being 51....)

Like I said, I was DEBATING this topic with Verdad, a French or French-Canadian dude, we had differing opinions, he told me about this thread, here I am.

One thing that I want to make VERY clear is that I am OPPOSED to child exploitation and C.Porn. I think our laws are fairly reasonable in the USA, though I question the basis for the Webe Web case based on what I know about it.

The assumption many anti-child-modeling advocates have been making in this thread is that the arrest of the owners is an indication that they were, indeed, breaking the law and peddling C.Porn. This is akin to arguing that we invaded Iraq because Hussein was about to use his vast nuclear and chemical weapons arsenal against us.

Just because your government takes action doesn't mean they're using good judgment. In this case I think it's entirely possible that they're using poor judgment but it will probably be at least a year before we hear about a preliminary verdict, let alone what happens in higher courts where our fragile 1st Amendment rights hinge in so many cases. And yes, I support the rights of KKK members to march down the street shouting racist slogans. This isn't just about girls in their underwear, it's about the entire issue of speech.

...I have a vastly different opinion than Eric, Turkey and others you put me in the same group...
Hey, who you callin' a Turkey?

I confess I have not read all of your posts in this thread. I am assuming you were saying the same things you said to me before. I am also assuming I know who you are and I might be wrong!

The insistance displayed in the ongoing effort to recruit new members for what is nothing more than a sick/illegal subculture of sexual deviants is old news and is wasting space on this forum.
Recruiting? I don't know what anyone else is doing, but I'm defending free speech and "innocent until proven guilty." Can you cite one example of someone recruiting for anything other than the lynch mob you're supporting?

As for "wasting space on this forum", there hasn't been any action in the debate section aside from this thread. Your allegations of a space shortage aren't supported by the facts. Seems to me this dead zone has been brought to life by the presence of a hot topic that gets people on all sides of the issue worked up and posting like crazy. Isn't that what a forum is all about?

Off-topic: you have an interesting username, is there a story behind it?

I prefer calling you turkey than dumb, and I don't know who you think I am, I am an hispanic person living in the USA. who finds hypocrital people who assume facts, and keep saying "all" child modeling is trash,(child modeling, should they be closed? is the topic by the way, not "should webe web be found guilty" ) when things much worse than what they call dirt(pics of web modeling, even if it is ones like the ones in cindy model site) are done by girls who are just 18 or 19, and are considered fine

and things worse that what they call trash is shown in Magazines like maxim and other upstream media, and they were pics of girls under 18

and when I watch the opinions of some people here(from both sides), it reminds me of the tale of the 4 blind men, who touched an elephant

one feeling the body, and saying, elephant is like a wall, other feeling the trunk, and saying it is like a snake, another feling the leg, and saying, it is like a oak tree, and the last feeling the tusk, and saying it feels like a lance, and is sharp

all of them were right, but because they could not believe that, they thought the other 3 must have been wrong

This is like the "Gerry Springer" Law Forum ...and I thought deadlock was a woman.

Edit: ...Anyway, I think I've started the biggest debate thread in this forum and that's good enough for me.
