    Default Accused of Fraudulent Purchase

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Montana

I try to make an online purchase of a gift card for $ 100,

to enter data of my credit card and make the order the website frame me an error that said that the order could not be processed, then I try again.

to check my email, the code of the gift card was sent, as the website said that the charges were not made until the product was shipped, I Use the code of the gift card, then I waited for him to send the product to see reflected the charge on my credit card,at the next day the product was shipped and the charge was not realized, to elapse 2 days the product was returned to the seller and even the charge was not made

few days after the seller communicate to the office of shipito (where i had sent the product, is a company that is responsible for receiving and sending parcels worldwide) and i was reported as fraudulent buyer so that my account was limited and it is now necessary that the seller contact them (shipito) to clarify the situation to restore my account.

the charge was never made to my credit card, I never received the product, i was never notified by the seller for any clarification.

    actually this is considered fraud?
I mean, by an error in their system, can i be accused of fraudulent person ?.

    Thank you.

    ps: the site is hometrainingtools.com

look at "What happens if there is a pricing error on your website?

Although we try our best to have an error-free website, we do make occasional errors. We reserve the right to contact you and correct pricing or other errors prior to fulfilling your order."
