I had file a peace order against the coworker but the judge had dismiss it because I was not impending danger from her but the stepfather and I don't know his name or anything to file a order against him so I need to know what legal I can do because in our union contract with the company it states on page 8 article 10 that in sever misconduct ex: threats of harm that the worker is automactlly discharge from the company so I need help with this matter and I have many witness about what happen

If you believe a crime occurred, you can go to the police and make a report. They will investigate and determine if there is probable cause to prosecute somebody.

Calling them and telling them you want to make a report.

Do not call the 911 emergency line - call the non-emergency line which you can find very easily in the phone book.
