    Default Complicity in an Aggravated Robbery

    My question involves criminal law for the state of:
    I'm being charged with complicity for agg. Robbery. I would like to know what type a defense I should take the police think I was involved because I was working at the store involved. the incident happened 8 months ago. And they just recently charged me .I need to know how to handle my case. Any advice is helpful

    You need a lawyer. There is nowhere near enough detail about the incident in your thread, plus you omitted what state you are in, for us to comment beyond that.

    Ohio and they charged a relative with the primary offense no indictment on either of us

    You need to get a lawyer. You need to stop talking to anyone except your lawyer about this.

    We do not know the facts of the case. We have no idea what evidence there is against you. We also don't know if the relative is willing, or already has given a statement regarding your involvement. Talk to a lawyer, and follow their advice.
