I'm confused. You just told us that you committed the offense.

Why would you fight the ticket?
Often people contest violations they know they committed, especially if they believe the Traffic Court System is more about the money than safety. Your question is kind of like asking "Why don't you drive straight to the court house every time you violate a traffic law and pay the appropriate fine voluntarily, even though nobody saw you do it?" You know you did it, right?

It is written to my ticket that "appear in court on 11/11/2014". I didn't get any courtesy letter.
Today I notice that 11/11/2014 is holiday. I called the number in my ticket and got no valid information.
I don't see my ticket information in the court website.
what should I do now ? Also I just noticed that my DOB and vehicle number is not correct in my ticket.
I went to the court today. NO RECORD IN COURT SYSTEM AT THIS TIME. The clerk asked me to call every 2 weeks until filed. Is their any chance that officer will submit the record to the court event after 2month.

cdwjava would be the person to answer this. You might send a PM if you get no answer. I'd do what the clerk said and make sure you have some evidence of that (like the day and time you called or visited and their name). I don't know whether you are required to appear in a specific court room or the appearance at the clerk's window is sufficient. If you talk with the clerk, and they have no record, the court will probably not have a record either. On the question of time limits, I believe the Statute of Limitations would be one year after which a charge cannot be filed.
