Default Do Driver's License Suspensions Apply Across State Lines

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Pennsylvania

I had recently had my license suspended by the state of MD from not paying fines when I was unemployed. I was wondering if its still suspended up here in Pennsylvania.

Have you received notice from PennDOT that you are suspended? Typically, PennDOT won't suspend you based on non-payment of fines outside of PA, however, the MD suspension of privs will result in you not being able to renew your license when it expires.

Two things: pay your Maryland fines and don't drive in MD until you are reinstated there.

For license to be suspended in Pennsylvania you would have had to received notice from Penn.
