Success to a degree! Found out that he got a homeless man that had an ID to pawn the gold chain a a few rings, we are about to find out which shop so the police can at least retrieve the stuff. The jewelbox that it was in may still be at an acquaintance's house--waiting to hear--and if so I have told them to pick it up with a plastic bag and bag it so the police can print it and nail his butt! Also he apparently stole something(illg substance) from this acquaintance and is now in dutch with him. I told my son if the acquaintance wants to beat him bloody just make sure he does it out of the house and preferably off the property and to stay out of it, as much as I'd like to give him a kick myself. If this acquaintance does have the jewelbox then my son will call the police after the butt kicking.
I had managed to get ahold of his mother by phone this am but she works til 5pm(ironically for the Sherriff's dept) and they live about 2hours away so she said the soonest she could come would probably be Saturday. But she has been made aware of his drug use and theft as well as all the money she wired him that he claimed to her was for bills was never given to my son as he claimed. Looks like she may be picking him up in jail or not as he has a criminal record and had been in jail before( news to me as of this am) and may be staying awhile this time.

Still waiting on the slow flow of info but he decided to leave last nite and go home--about 2hrs away. The galling thing is I had to drive his ass halfway so he could get picked-up. I did it only because I wanted this crap OVER!! I did make him print and sign his name on a document saying he gave up all rights of residency to the address and would not seek to occupy it at any time in the future and that he left of his own free will. I signed it as witness as did his mother when I dropped him off to her. EVERYTHING he had went with him so there is nothing left and I told my son to hold onto the paper in case he is stupid enough to come back. Now to see if the sheriff's dept can recover anything.
