How is a work termination handled in repsect to possibly illegal reasons to fire someone in a right to work state? The law says you can't fire someone for getting pregant, but in a right to work state you don't even have to give a reason for letting someone go, so unless my boss is dumb enough to put in writing that I'm being let go for being pregnant, is there any meaningful way that the law is actually applied to protect people in right to work states if the employer simply says this is your last week, don't come back, and says "No comment" when you ask why you're being fired. The state is Florida. Thanks for the help, I know I'll be short on work soon anyway, but I wasn't expecting to lose my job this early.
