Default Can You Avoid Paying Child Support if the Mother is Married to Somebody Else

My question involves child support in the State of: Oklahoma

I recently had a sexual encounter with a woman I met online. A couple of weeks later, she resurfaces to tell me that she is pregnant and that she thinks I'm responsible. As we try to figure out what to do, I discover that she is married to some poor sap and had been sleeping around with at least one other person as well. Obviously this was a dumb situation to get into and a paternity test (and STD test) will need to occur. But if I'm found to be the biological father, do I have any ground to stand on as far as voluntarily terminating my parental rights?

    Default Re: Voluntary Termination

If you establish paternity nobody will force you to see the child. You will, however , be responsible for supporting the child.
