Default Felony charges or misdemeanor charges?

Recently, I've been charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment in the second degree(2 counts), interfering with an officer, and evading responsibilities. Since this is my first offense, I was granted AR, which is an Accelerated Rehabilitation program. No probation. Now are these charges misdemeanors or felony charges??? Any feedback would be great.

Probably misdemeanor charges, but laws vary by state. Check your state statutes.
