First off i'm in North Carolina, I was out on fmla leave,(5-15-06 -8-28-o6) and upon my return was told i would not be receiving my raise which i was do on my anniversary on 6-15-06- ,and would have to work the 4 months that i was out before i would be brought up again for a raise,I also was told i would be losing 25% of my profit sharing ( the company offers to employes who are employed september thru septemper) for being out the 4 months on fmla??? is this leagal can they do that ?? I read somewhare wher fmla requires employees be restored to the same or equivalent position and if an employee was eligible for a bonus before taking fmla leave the employee would be eligible for the bonus upon returning to work..?? DO i HAVE A CASE HERE.... THANKS FOR ANY INFO..
