If I left a job because of an unsuitable working environment, would I be eligible for Unemployment?
I have been accussed of stealing, which I have not. They say they have video, but I know it's a lie because I have not stolen from store. They basically interrogated me and kept asking in the past 2 years I've worked there, if I have ever stolen a thing. I said no, it's the truth. They said they don't believe me. They say I have opportunity because I'm in the stockroom and unsupervised. I still tell them I didn't steal, because I haven't.
Working in stock, I would have to work by myself at times. Sometimes even overnight, during the off hours of the store (I work retail). If they don't trust me as much as they have shown (they went so far to describe hidden micro cameras that they can use to catch me in the act or hiring people to befriend me, basically in order to spy on me), and it makes me uncomfortable, and I no longer feel safe regarding the security of my job standing, is this a legitimate case to leave and still be eligible for unemployment?
