My question involves an eviction in the state of: Washington
My boyfriend moved in with me at the end of March (he was living out of state and wanted to come back to Washington). When he moved up here, he had a job lined up that ended up falling through. I told him that I definitely need his help with rent and utilities if him and his son were going to be living with me and my 3 kids. He (at first) was very diligent and hard working towards finding a job. I had gotten laid off from my job in April, and then money got really tight. I ended up having to borrow money from my mother so we could keep rent and utilities on. Well, obviously, here it is October, and I have seen a total of probably $400 in the last 6 months. Our relationship is over (for a number of reasons, not just the financial side of things), and I want him gone. How can I legally get him out? I live in a rental house, and I am the only one listed on the lease. He is no where on it.
