My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CA
Hi Everyone,
From what I understand non-compete agreements (NCA) are NOT enforceable in CA, meaning if sign a NCA in San Francisco that employer cant sue if I work for a competitor in say San Diego.
BUT what if I take a job outside CA and sign a non-compete outside of the state (not NY) - can they enforce it even though CA does not enforce NCA?
