Question Completing Form I-130 After a Prior, Failed Interview and Departure

I don't even know if i were under immigration proceedings. I only know that we failed a green card interview for which i prepared lots of paperwork: vaccinations form, bunch of forms, and later i received by post a letter saying that i should leave voluntarily the US within 90 days or so (don't remember precisely), otherwise I'd be deported. But also it was saying that i can refile (or appeal) again (which i couldn't do). So i left voluntarily. Now my husband and I trying to get back together but we both don't know how to answer this question: yes or no. If yes then where and when and also I should check one of these answers: Removal, Exclusion/Deportation, Rescission, Judicial Proceedings. Please help!! Thank you for your help

All I can get out of your posting is that it sounds like you were not with your husband at the time of filing as a spouse.

You need to consult an immigration attorney. Your background makes your problem too complex for a forum. Your husband can seek the assistance of a social service agency if you cannot afford a private attorney.

I agree with the immigration attorney suggestion. As hubby has left, he likely has started the tolling of a ban. With due respect, you do not sound competent enough to handle this as the first response to the denial should likely have been the filing of a 212 waiver.
